Blank wall to

  1. Plan

    We learn the wall.

    How many screens, which way they face, who sees them and when. Wide on the booth wall, tall by the aisle, one over the register.

  2. Ship

    Plugged in is installed.

    The player arrives set up with your wifi already loaded. Plug it into the screen and it finds us by itself. Need the screens too? We bring those.

  3. Play

    It plays.

    Content downloads, gets checked, and plays full screen on the schedule you set. SIDES designs what’s on it.

  4. Outage

    The wifi drops. It doesn’t care.

    Everything lives on the player, so the loop keeps going and catches up when the connection comes back.

  5. Watch

    We see what you see.

    Every screen sends back a picture of itself, so “is it on?” has an answer from anywhere.

  6. Change

    Changed in seconds.

    A price goes up, a special sells out. Edit it and the screen shows it within seconds.

A native player

A purpose-built app on a streaming stick, not a web page in a kiosk browser. It starts at power-on and restarts itself if something goes wrong.

Checked, cached content

Every file is checksummed and stored locally before it plays, so a half-downloaded video never reaches the screen.

Changes arrive by themselves

Edit a playlist and the screens change within seconds. Nobody has to visit.

Remote glass

Screens send a frame of what they’re showing every few minutes, and on request.

Play logging

Each play is recorded by the device with its creative and slot, so the report still holds up after the playlist changes.

Layers and spaces

A live web page can sit over the content, or a screen can be split between two playlists.

Browser players

Where a stick can’t go, DAN plays in a browser: a smart TV’s, a kiosk’s, or another signage box’s. Same playlists, same reports.

Touch

A touch screen holds its loop for whoever walks up, hands them the page, and resumes once they’ve gone.
