Questions
Do I need new TVs?
Usually not. Any TV with a spare HDMI port can run DAN, and we’ll tell you plainly if one isn’t up to it. Need screens? We supply those too.
What’s the player?
A small streaming stick behind the TV, running DAN’s own player app. It comes set up for your wifi.
We’re on another signage system. Can we switch?
Yes. We import your playlists, running order, durations and schedules, then swap the players one screen at a time.
Can I mix plans?
Yes. Your menu boards can be on Screen + Studio while the screen in the back office is on Screen.
Does it do touch screens?
Yes. A touch screen plays its loop until someone walks up, then lets them swipe through your slides and pages.
