Questions
Do I need new TVs?
Usually not. Any TV with a spare HDMI port can run DAN, mounted wide or tall. Need screens? We supply those too.
Who updates the prices?
Send us the change and it’s on the board in seconds. Nobody touches the TV.
Can the menu change by itself at lunch?
Yes. Each menu runs at the times and days you choose.
Can I show specials and video too?
Yes. Specials, photos and short videos play between the menu slides, or take over the board for a set time.
What if the internet goes out?
The board keeps showing the menu it has. When the connection comes back, it picks up any changes.
We’re on another menu board system. Can you move us?
Yes. Your playlists, timings and schedules come across, and we swap the players one screen at a time.
