Trade show screensin Philadelphia.

A booth at the Convention Center, three days at the Expo Center in Oaks, a launch in a Center City ballroom. DAN brings the screens, loads them with your booth, sets them up and keeps them playing. We’re in Doylestown, under an hour away.

A Philly booth,
priced out loud.

Four of our 32″ screens, each on its own channel, delivered, set up and collected: $721 for the show. Custom design, video or interactive work is quoted extra, or covered by Studio.

  • $49 a screen, per show. The player, the software, a channel per screen, and changes in seconds from anywhere.
  • Our screens, by size. A 32″ is $69 a show, up to $449 for an 86″. A touch kiosk on its stand is $399.
  • $249 flat to deliver and set up. Drop-off, setup and pickup anywhere in Greater Philadelphia, however many screens.
  • Or bring your own. Rent the show’s screens or use yours. Any screen with a spare HDMI port runs DAN.
Where we set up

Big halls.
House rules.

Every hall has its own rules for who works on the floor and when. Tell us the show and we plan the drop-off around its exhibitor services, or hand your team a kit that only needs plugging in.

01

Pennsylvania Convention Center

Center City’s big hall. The screens arrive loaded and tested, so the booth plays from the first minute, hall wifi or not.

02

Greater Philadelphia Expo Center

Out in Oaks. Same kit, same flat delivery, and the same players that don’t need the hall’s network.

03

Ballrooms and showrooms

Center City, University City and King of Prussia: a launch, a sales meeting or a pop-up with a screen on every wall.

Not a booth?

The same screens run Philly counters and nights out.

  • Menu boards. Breakfast at breakfast and a price change in seconds, $49 a screen a month.
  • Events. Weddings, galas, fundraisers and tournaments, $49 a screen for the night.

Questions

Do you deliver to the Pennsylvania Convention Center?

Yes. We deliver, set up and collect screens there, at the Expo Center in Oaks, and at hotels and venues around the city, for the flat $249. Each show sets its own floor rules, so tell us the show and we’ll plan around them.

How far out do you go?

Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties, the Lehigh Valley and Mercer County, NJ, all for the same $249. Further out, ask and we’ll quote the trip.

Will the booth play without the hall wifi?

Yes. Everything is stored on the players before the doors open. A connection only matters when you want to change something.

Can we change slides during the show?

Yes. Changes reach the screens in seconds, wherever you are.

What does a booth cost?

$49 a screen for the show, plus our screens if you need them: a 32″ is $69. Delivery and setup is $249 flat. Four screens comes to $721.

Design with horsepower

Designed, not just displayed.

DAN is built and run by SIDES Creative, a design studio in Doylestown, PA. Every screen plays on-brand work made by the same studio that designs identities and websites, so your message looks the same from the storefront to the screen.

Got a Philly show
coming up?

Tell us the show, the dates and the booth. We’ll plan the screens, bring them, and have them playing when the doors open.
